We are currently investigating the degraded performance of our authentication infrastructure that occurred between 17:20-18:01 UTC. During this timeframe, our servers may have been slow to respond to some queries for customer email authentication records.

Valimail continues to observe restored services following an earlier incident; performance has now stabilized. Valimail engineers continue to monitor for further disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

We will endeavor to keep you updated as frequently as possible, however, you can also subscribe to our Status Page (status.valimail.com) for further information regarding this service impact. This incident is resolved.
